The "Eat Well Play Hard" program of Chemung County is the answer to help slow the rise in childhood obesity. This New York State funded program focuses on educating children ages 2-10 and their families on the benefits of fruits and vegetables, low fat and non-fat milk, as well as age appropriate exercise. With your help, we will be able to provide effective programs and events for those in Chemung County.
